Evidence was given that Robson persuaded Mr. Wallace, the manic?r of the ban!:, to sign a cheque for £7000 on the nlea that he required it to pay withdrawals by Lionel Robinson, ofClarke and Co., who was a .large customer. '.. ..' \ :
