GERMAN STEAMER: CREW MISSING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrijrli I Berlin, December IG. A steamer, keel upwards, has been discovered at. tho mouth of tho River Ems. It is believed to be tho German vessel Narvik, 3676 tons, with a crew of Ijhirty missing. A pilot's body has been picked up.
