SET UP M AN ACCOUNTANT. Hamilton-, December IG-. An important decision was given by Mr. Rawson, S.M., in the Hamilton case, in which King and Co. (in liquidation) . sued Sanson, accountant, for tho rocovcry of certain books of accounts and documents, or their value., £'25. It appears that the books and documents were given' to the defendant by plaintiff company prior to liquidation to perform certain work and givo advice to the company concerning its position. The books were duly posted, and a. statement of the position . drawn* up. Defendant not having beffl paid for Ins services, claimed linn of the books. .
