DENIAL BY MR. YOUNG. Mr. W. T. Young, secretary of the .Wellington Seamen's Union, yesterday denied the report emanating in the Press Association message from Dunedin, that tho seamen in Wellington had by secret ballot voted in.favour of returning to work, but remained out on strike in sympathy with tho other strikers.
