The barometer has fallen everywhere, and in very low this afternoon about Covi; Strait. Yariable and strong winds havo prevailed, especially over the North Wand, and cloudy and misty weather, with heavy rain, is reported in many parts of tho Dominion, D. C. BATES.' .
