During the National Prohibition debate an extraordinary scene took pkee mi tlio Houso of Representatives. Champions ol' Prohibition packed tho gn'ilories, and cheered and shouted as' Ocr.gressman R. I', Hobson pieaded for tlio adoption of tho resolution making Prohibition part of the American-Con-stitution. ■ Sir. Hobson attacked Mr. Underwood, leader of the Democratic party in the House, with whom he is in acute personal rivalry for a Senatorial position. The spectators saw' the point, and shouted louder than ever.. The Chairman admonished the spectators, when a voice shouted: "We aro American citizens." Tlio debate was adjourned.
