ARBITRATION COURT.
PROPOSAL TO AMEND CONSTITUTION. A question relating to the constitution of tlio Arbitration Court -was put to the Prime Minister rocontly by Mr. E. H. Clark. The question was as follows :— "Whether an amendment of the. Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act will be brought down this year in the direction of so altering the constitution of the Arbitration Court that, when a dispute is. submitted to the Court, in part or whole, the Court- shall bo comprised of a Supreme Court Judge or Magistntc, and 0110 representative of tho workers and ono representative of the employers who are or have been actively engaged in tho industry in ■which tho dispute has arisen, or in a kindred industry? The Hon. AY. F. Jlasscy (Prime Mintor) replied: Time will not permit of
