From 10.30 a.m. until after departure of the 11.50 a.m. Auckland Express tho platform will bo closed to all cxccpt passengers by that train. Persons not being passengers, ivho aro in cfcnrgo of young children , and invalids travelling by this train, may obtain admission tickets on application at No. 1 booking office window. North and Auckland as follows:— FOR AUCKLAND—Palmerston North depart 2.35 p.m., Auckland arrive 6.20 a.m., daily except Sundays. FOR PALMERSTON NORTH—Auckland depart 8.0 p.m., daily except Saturdays. . On the days the Up Extra express train runs the 11.50 a.m. Auckland express train will take passengers from Wellington only for Taihape and stopping stations beyond Taihape, And tfill not fake up passengers between Palmerston Nortni and Mercer, both inclusive. Passengers from these stations must travel ( by the extra express train leaving Wellington at 12.33 p.m.; by the additional express leaving Palmerston at 2.33 p.m. (from 22nd December to 6th January, inclusive); or by the Summer express train leaving Wellington at 9.10 p.m. On the date? that the Down extra express train rnns, the ordinary 9.10 p.m. Auckland-Wellington express train will take passengers from Auckland only for Waiouru, Taihape, and stopping stations beyond Taihape, anrt not take up passengei'3 between Meroer and Palmerston North, both inclusive, ciccpt for and from Waiouru.
