Tho Chancellor added that in order to avoid economic colonial conflicts it was neccss.irv to permanently keep mutual relations in tranquil paths, Germany and Great Britain were negotiating over African questions, and the rights of other Powers would bo fully respected.
Tho two Governments' were working for a fair compromise in connection' with the interests of both countries.
