QUARTERLY MEETING OF COUNCIL.

The council of the New Zealand C'l'.ess Association held its quarterly mcetin™. on Tueidav evening. Mr. V. Still prwidinß over a gathering of twelve delegates. The secretory, Mr. A. G.
