QUARTERLY MEETING OF COUNCIL.
The council of the New Zealand C'l'.ess Association held its quarterly mcetin™. on Tueidav evening. Mr. V. Still prwidinß over a gathering of twelve delegates. The secretory, Mr. A. G. Fell, reported that 210 of the ".130 conies of the book ot the Kelson Congress had been disposed of, and a small stun could now be. returned to the guarantors.
