Sir John Eimiiofct Barlow, M.I 1 , for tho Frame Division of Somerset, who was chairman ;<t Mr. Asquith's Oldham meeting, has resigned from the local Liberal Association because it refused his request for ladies' tickets, but granted them to the Right Hon. Alfred. Kmmott (.ALP. for Oldham) and Lord Sheffield.
