Delegates to the British Mcdicnl Association have rejected the Councils' proposal to form a lighting fund by voluntary subscription, estimated to .yield £40,000 annually, to provide against trouble in working the National Insurance Act. Subsequently the delegates decided to take a postal vote on the- question. It was also resolved to incrcaso the or* dinary subscription to 425. This does not apply to foreign or colonial members.
