KAISER'S DECISION.
ZABERN GARRISON' ORDERED ON MANOEUVRES. By Telegraph—Fr«s3 A.ssocmtkrn-'Coprriglit Berlin, December G. 'Hie Kaiser, after consultation with Herr.Vou Bethmann Hollweg (the Imperial Chancellor), Count Wcdel (Governor of Alsace), and General Von Deimling (the Military Commander in Alsace), decided that the Kabeni Garrison would go on manoeuvres until further orders, and till tlio court martial had been completed. (Ree. December 7, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, December 7. The Zabern troops have been sent to tiie dreary Hagenau barracks. The Zabern people demand the punishment of Colonel Renter (tlio Commanding Officer), and Lieutenant Von Foerstner, a demand in which the Radicals and Socialists join. It is believed that tho Chancellor (Hen - Von Bethmann-Hollweg), offered his resignation, which tho Kaiser declined.
