Tu connection with the theft of a bag containing paper money valued at £17,800 sterling, in transit from the National Bank of Belgium to Cologne, investigations show that a thief sawed through the side of a railway van, enabling him to insert his r.rm from an adjoining dog compartment, which was evidently frail. It seems that tho thief had knowledge of the method of transmitting the valuables.'
