Clemencea'u and M. Briand. Many of the deputies desire that 31. Poinca'ro should exercise his right to dissolve the Chamber. M. Caillaux will oppose a Dupuy Ministry. In connection with the political situation it has been suggested that M. Delsasso should bo recalled from St, Petersburg and entrusted with the task of concluding tho loau arrangements, or, alternatively, that M. Poincairc (the President) should obtain tho Senate's consent to an immediate dissolution. M. Dupuy is considered to be tho likeliest candidate for the Premiership.
