"Tlio way they have in the armv" has been thoroughly adopted by tho mounted special men whilst- they arc in camp at Ruckle Street, The daily time-table is as Jo Hows:— 5.30 a.m.—Reveille. Feed horses and clean linos, ' li.JiO a.m.—Breakfast. 7.30 a.m.—Dismounted "specials" for duty on wharves during the day parado and leave for the waterfront,' 8 a.m.—Mounted "specials" for duty about wharves and in the eitv parade and leave for posts. 8 a.m.—Luncheon at wharf sheds (for duty.men) and at barracks (for thofo not required for active duty, yet who are in readiness, for any call). 5 p.m.—Leavo posts for barracks. 5.15 pun.—Arri.-c barracks: feed horses. ('! p.m.—Hot dinner. 8 p.m. —Entertainment in Garrison' Hall or off duty. 10 p.m.—To bed.
