Maxwelhvillpreside over the canteen court-martial cases —in which live quartermaster officers aro concerned in charges of bribery—on Monday. The members of the Court will include the Duke of Tcck and Prince Alexander of Tcck. The War Office is conducting a comprehensive- inquiry into the management of canteens. At present tbrcc systems are in vogue, and only in a few have there been co-operation.
