Owing; to tlio unrest in the British Postal Department, the annual report of the Post-master-General for the year ended March 31 last i.«, interesting. The balance available is £72,605. of which £52,650 is absorbed by dividend of 8 per cent., and bonus of 1 per cent. The carry-over is £19,955.
