HEMP & TOW GRADING.

FIGURES FOR OCTOBER. ; ■-■' According to a return compiled by tho Department of Agriculture, thb'.-total number of bales of liomp .graded during November was 13,291 as compared with 10,672 for tho correspoiulhig month' of last year, an increase of 2622 bales. For the twelve mouths oiiding November 30, the number of. bales graded, was , 165,595, as compared with; 95,047'' for the previous twelve month's, tho increase being 70,548 ' bales. For tlio twelve months eliding November 30, tho number of bales graded was .50,915 as compared with 23,605 for the previous twelve months, an increase of 28,230 bales.
