Officially reporting on tho results of Ins investigations during his visit to New Zealand and Australia, Mr. Alexander Lucas, British Columbia's special commissioner, states that New Zealand's system in aiding the farmers is well-nigh perfect. Now Zealand, consequently, leads tho world in its output of domestic products. As British Columbia strongly resembles New Zealand, Mr. Lucas recommends that a similar system ho adopted here. The State Government's aid to agriculture in Australia is also warmly commended as useful, with suitable modifications, for British Columbia.
