The evidence for the plaintiff was that floods of Burgess Bros, were held up, and tho trade union officials swore positively that if any trouble did occur, on the wharf last July they knew nothing of it, except through tho papers. Mr. Justice Nieiiolls, in summing up, said that such ovidenco must he discounted, and ho thought the men were not ncconiiilishcd liara. Tho jury returned a verdict for plaintiffs, with £50 damages.
