Thomas Mackenzie) has induced tho Port of London Authority to abolish discounts on storage rate's which gave advantage to the largo meat producers against tho smaller competitors. Tho Authority has also reduced the rates from 225. 9tl. per ton to 20s. 9d. for tho first month, and from 20s. io 18s. (id. for the second month.
