CLUB HOUSE OPENED.
The Packakariki Railway Surf and Life-Saving Club celebrated tho opeiiJing of its now club-house on Friday evening with a concert and dance. Thero wcro about fifty couples present, and an enjoyablo' evening was spent. \ musical programmo was contributed to by a number of visitors. The ofliehl opening ceremony of tho club will bo held on tho next week-end.
