TO BE OPENED TO-DAY. Remarkably good progress has been made with the preparation of the Exhibition, and with the exception <->f sonio of tiie southern exhibits, which have* rltww delayed-'by the general dislocation •of- transport. facilities,, everything is ' ready for the opening. The object of : the Exhibition is one directly connected ! with the welfare of the. city.
