SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indication are for high and equally westerly winds, with cloudy and unsettled weather, and heavy \raiu in most parts of the country. The • barometer i 3 unsteady, and is likely to fall still lower in the south. Tho barometer rose everywhere during the night, but has shown a falling tendency in the south to-day.
