Many of the city specials are being allowed to go about their ordinary avocations during tho day, on condition that they sleep in tho camp overnight, as a precaution against unusual 'happenings in tho city. Tho Drill Hall camp is soon to be struck, leaving only thoso at the Queen's ami the King's Wharves. Trams to Run in Queen Street. Yesterday and again to-day Hie trams' wore not run in QuWn Street. This was at the request of the authorities, who did not desiro any congestion at the foot of Queen Street. Tins embargo is now being raised, and the Traniivay G'ompaiiy'anmmnces that the Queen Street service will be resumed tomorrow.
