At the quarterly meeting of Poncho Lodge, U.A.0.D., Bro. Cairns, A.D.. presided. An amount was donated to a sick brother of a sister lodge. The Royal Arch Chapter will hold .1 mooting on December 3 at the Carton, Hall. Three brothers were declared on tho sick fund. The following were nominated for office for the ensuing term:—A.D., Bro. Jowett; 1.G., Bro. (Jailors; secretary, Bro. Wynyard; treasurer. Bro. Davis: A.D.B.'s, Bros. Button and Rodger; V.A.B.'sj Bros. Do Lissa, Curney, and Greenwood; 1-G., Bro. Woolford; 0.G., Bro. Richardson ; M.S., Bro. Brownhili. P.A. Bro. Townsend was elected auditor. A vote of condolence was passed sympathising and expressing regret in her sad bereavement with the widow of the late Past Grand President, Bro. Gilbert. At next lodge- meeting P.A. Bro. Townseiid's notice of motion dealing with lines will be heard. The receipts for the evening totalled £101.
