AN EIGHT HOURS' DAY, French miners return tq ' AVORK. Paris, November 24, Tho Chamber of Deputies has passed a law fixing an eight hours' day for miners, with optional overtime, 'not to exceed sixty hours yearly, compared with the Senate's overtime of 150' hours. Most of tho strikers have iesumed work.
