• ADVICE TO KINQ FERDINAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Coprrisht Vienna, November 24. It is stated that King Ferdinand's visit to Vienna was intended to promote a Turco-Bulgarian Agreement, under Austria's protection, against Greece. Austria, however, advised King Ferdinand to return to Sofia, promising him only moral support.
