Railway construction in Queensland will bo at a standstill uatil more loan money can bo raised. At present all tho Government's available cash resources aro earmarked, but tho Premier (Mr. Denham) -says that tho Government hopes to arrango for raising more money within tho next two montlis. Mills, of Duncdin, has received word to proceed to Wellington in connection with the erection of tho new .Parliament House buildings.
