Ho deiiiijs absolutely that he either gave tho flag or any donatwn whatever to any revolutionary fir striker m tho present conflict. So far " w the letter did not. refer tn Mr. Gnflwi, but since he dosires that this contradiction should he made, we arc veiy pleased to publish it. Morffavwr, wo regret that he should haVo been put to annoyance over the matter.
