And, to quote his own words, "so prevent a reasonable precaution against any thought- of injustice," I would suggesT. to liirm some lotion to remove the bias from his eyes, and as iii partisan, which ho undoubtedly is, tho necessity for hearing evidence before giving judgment, for God help tho man, "striker or scab," who should be so unfortunate as to come before such an ill-advised appointment as "Politically Appointed J.r." appears to bo, and the sooner our liable order is relieved of such a person the bettor.—l am, etc., R.
