Present indications are lor moderate to strong northerly winds, changing by west to south after from "4 to 36 hours, Dull and misty weather, with rain In many parts of the ooumtry. The barometer' has a falling tendency, but will probably rise in the south in about I 24 hours. A westerly storm area, tossed in tlto south on Saturday and Sunday, and rain, has fallen in many parts of tho country.
