BUSINESS CONGESTED.
When Mr. J. I F. W. Dickson- applied for a remand of a strike case; in the Court yesterday morning, Mr. Riddel!, S.M., remarked: "t don't propose to adjourn these cases any further. They must go on. Business is becoming congested." , Mr. Dickson said that ho could not properly defend his client unless the remand was granted, He had been informed that thero were about twenty witnesses for tlio defence. Eventually a remand till Monday was granted.
