what about the riots at our wluitvcs and at Lyttelton, both of which occurred before any special constables were called out? They are- like spoiled children, who will do good as'long as they aro allowed to annov everyone and ,aro fed on sweets, etc. I think wo aro making a mistake in helping to keep their wives and families, for as long as they are cared for tho men won't return.to work.
