William Charles Mctritt and Sydney William Arthur pleaded guilty to stealing a travelling-bag and a quantity of jewollory, tho property of S. Din, at Lake Coleridge. The Judge said tho offence was the result of a drunken spree. Ho. admitted accused to probation for twelve months, each paying Din £40. The charge of murder preferred against Diddle will bo heard, to-morrow.
