WOMAN CHARGED WITH MURDER. A sensational arrest arising oul of the finding of the body of ,1 child at Eastbourne on Sunday occurred yesterday afternoon, when Jtetestive-Sergeahi Rawle and Detective Mason arrested a young woman named Ellen Margaret Seymour on a charge of murdering her illegitimate child, Tlielma May Davis, Accused appeared in. the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon, when she was charged with murder. ' She. was remanded wat.il to-day week. The accused, who had up tilt Saturday last resided at a house at Eastbourne, whore the body of tho child was found, came here some time ago from Chiistchurcli,
