SUMMARY AND FORECAST, Present' Indications are for strong nor'- , west to' south-westerly winds, with dull to overcast conditions.. Itaeatening colder weather and more rain in all parts of the country. The barometer is unsteady. Strong westerly winds have predominated, with cloudy and unsettled weather, and considerable rain has fallei in most parts of tho country.
