At a meeting of Highlanders held in Mesars. Turnbull's amotion rooms. last crating it was decided to form ft Wot* lragton .Highland Society. There wcro about forty present, and Mr. J. 6. ft'. Aitken presided. All present gave in their names aa members of tho society. Rules, similar to those of tiro Ohristt'huici; Society, -wore read, and with a few amendments adopted. After formal business, the question of calling a further public meeting wan discussed, and left in the lnnids of tho Provisional Committee.
