BOOM IN RECRUITING.
— NAVAL CAREER - MORE ATTR ACTIVE. By Telegraph—Preea Association—Copyright London, November 16. There is a boom in recruiting for -the Navy owing to tho prospect of commissions being secured by tno men. It is expected that during 1913 the recruits will number 20,000, compared with 18,000 in 1912 and 11,000 in 1909. .
