LOADED SHOES.
LOCH MABEN'S.DISQUALIFICATION. By Telegraph—Press Aesociation-jCopyriEht Sydney, November 14. The "Daily Telegraph," commenting on tho Loch Maben disqualification case, says:—"Now that the Victorian stipendiary stewards have shown that loaded shoes are part'of the outfit of some racing men, it will bo interesting to learn whether the limited, but' influential, opposition to the paid system of control will be continued. It is well known that while the recent carnival was in progress, when the stewards permitted thJ running to go unchallenged, they 'were styled 'The Tlireo Blind Mico,' but when they took action an agitation arose for their removal from office or a curtailment of powers."
