DESIGNS ON CABINET MINISTERS. Br TWocraDh—Pross Association—GoDtfrieht (Ecc. November 14, 0.15 a.m.) London) November 13. Threo hundred men and women have been enrolled in tlio Suffragette army. Training' work includes cxercisoa in fencing and boxing. Miss Sylvia Pankhurst, as colonel, will shortly review the army. The intention of tho militants is to imprison the Cabinet Ministers at Downing Street until woman's suffrage is conceded.
