CHEESE FACTORY IN DANGER.

(Bj> Telegraph.—Press Association.) Waodvilis, November 13. At mid-day to-day a firo was discovered amongst the firewood surrounding tho Riverside Cheese F'actorv, three miles from Woodville. The fire had a big hold before it was discovered, and tho factory building was endangered. Tho Woodville Eire Brigade men were taken' down in motor-cars, and within half an hour one hundred men wero fighting ;\ fire-bucket brigades were quickly formed, and after an hour's ■bard work succeeded in getting the fire under, but not before 130 cords of lirewood had been'destroyed. Before the water could be got a large store of whey was utilised on the fire'. Twenty-five tons of cheese are-now stored in the factory.
