Seamen's Union in Queen's Chambers yesterday to the effect that, no further meetings of tho union. will bo held until further notice, and that only urgent business will be attended to. It was also announced that meal tickets will' bo- distributed between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily. The notice was signed Mr. W. :K. Smithy-1 •man (acting-secretary).. ■
