Mr. flhandi, the Indian lawyer, and leader of tbc passive resistance movement in South Africa, whose Arrest- was reported a few days ngo, has been fined £60 en a charge of sedition, with the iiltoriirttivQ of nine months imprisonment* He chose to go to prison.
