Captain Gersius, writing to the "TageWatt," suggests' that England should gradually release her ships from tho North Sea. She had already seat some to the Mediterranean, and Germany had responded by sending two cruisers to Smith America. If England sends more Germany will do the same. A reduction of the naval tension would bo certain to follow the adoption of his suggestion, he thinks.
