The by-election for the Keigbley sftat (West Yorkshire Division) in the House of Commons, necessitated by tho appointment of- Mr. Stanley Buckmaster, the sitting member, to the SolicitorGeneralship, resulted:—-

LIBERALS JUBILANT. (Rec. November 13, 0.5 a.m.) London, November 12. Mr. Stanley Buckmaster, who was reelected for his constituency at Keightly, says that tho eloetion was fought out on the Home Rule question, and on Welsh Church disestablishment.
