As the result of a prolonged sitting of tho Cabinet, it is expected that the Home Rule Bill will bo rc-introduced soon after Parliament meets in the middle of February, and passed in accordance with a rigorous time-tablo. An interval will be allowed after the. third reading of tho Bill to give the influences working for a compromise on the Ulster problem the fullest opportunity of arriving at a basis for agreement.

The committee of the British League will support militant Ulster in its attitude against Homo Rule. Tho committee announces that 150 agents aro enrolling volunteers, largely in England, Scotland, and "Wales, to reinforce the ranks of the volunteer Ulstermen.
