Goodman had annoyed her that day, and besides Using certain language towards her, had also kicked her. Defendant's daughter Corroborated her evidence. After hear* 'TO further evidence, His Wo'itship d«cjded to dismiss the case, with 10s. 6d. costs against Goodman.
