MR. RIGG'S INDISCRETION.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —I am sorry to note in your issue of November 12 the' Hon. J. Rigg's reply to Mr. Heardon. I have always looked upon the Hon. Mr. Bigg as a thinker, and an impartial arbiter, arid I only ask the Hon. Rigg to sit down, honestly, and quietly, and turn over his remarks, and weigh well tho past trouble. Then I am very much mistaken if remorse is not strong within his soul.—l am, etc., , A QUIET THINKER,
